In the pretext of good

But the relevance of love

We are selfish and
Oppressive thereby…

is love…
In Jesus we have seen
The extent of love…
Let us love like him
As for as we can and
Make our planet a lovely
Place to inhabit, which
Again Jesus called
‘The Kingdom of Go’,
‘രാമ രാജ്യം’
For this children have to
Grow like Jesus ‘in age and
Wisdom and in favour with
God and man,’ and that is

വിജയ-പരാജയങ്ങളില്ല
എന്നതല്ലേ സത്യം...
അതും ആരെയും
പരാജയപ്പെടുത്തിയുള്ള
‘വിജയം’
വേണ്ടേ, വേണ്ടാ...
ഇനി, ‘വിശ്വസ്തരായിരിക്കുക’...
ആരോടെന്നതാണ് പ്രസക്തം...
അത് ദൈവത്തോടാണെങ്കില്,

യേശുവിനെപ്പോലെ അപ്പമാകാം,
വിശക്കുന്നവര്ക്ക്; അയല്ക്കാരനാവാം
പ്രഹരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു ഉപേക്ഷിക്കപ്പെട്ടവര്ക്ക്...
അധികാരവും ആസ്തിയുമൊന്നും
യേശുവിന്റെ മൂല്യങ്ങളല്ല...
മനുഷ്യവതാരത്തിന്റെ പൊരുള്
പൌലോസ് ഫിലിപ്പിയരെ അറിയിക്കുന്നതിങ്ങനെ:
‘ദൈവത്തിന്റെ
രൂപത്തിലായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും
അവന് ദൈവവുമായുള്ള സമാനത
നിലനിര്ത്തേണ്ട ഒരു കാര്യമായി
പരിഗണിച്ചില്ല;
തന്നെത്തന്നെ ശൂന്യനാക്കിക്കൊണ്ട്
ദാസന്റെ രൂപം സ്വീകരിച്ച്....’ (Phil 2:6-7)

congregation you have
Alienated
enough the poor of Yahweh!
Is it not
an affront to Jesus who
Was born in
a manger, hungry and
Had nowhere
to lay his head…?
Would love
people like you
Bring some
sense in the Congregation
So as to
‘exalt those of
The so
called low degree’* (Lk 1:52)
Though out
of station, am present
In spirit
with all your sisters,
Friends and
well wishers to
Wish you
‘Ad multos annos’
And all
blessings from above…

May be to ‘facilitate’
The graces you need
To enable you to remain
Adorable ever!
This is going to be your
First public appearance as
Jesus had his at the Jordan
Receiving baptism from John…
This initiation ceremony is
To introduce you to the
The Church, the community of
Disciples following Jesus
Taking up their crosses…
God-parents are to
Guard and guide their
God-children in ‘faith’
On behalf of their parents
But I wonder whether
I have enough faith to
Guard or guide you either!
And am afraid of
Having to leave you all
One day or other as
My destiny is calling me
Rather compelling me
Leave all possible securities
Of the church and be
Vulnerable like the majority of
God’s children
Out there on the streets
Trusting in His loving providence…
This poor grand-uncle who was
Asked to stand as God-father has
Nothing to give you than
This earnest supplication:
Be blessed with your
Wonderful parents, grand-parents
And other resourceful kith and kin

അമ്മതന് പോഷകം വലിച്ചെടുത്തു വളരാന്
അച്ഛന്റെ അധ്വാനം അനിവാര്യമായി....
അധ്വാനമാണ് അപ്പമൊരുക്കുന്നത്
അപ്പം തിരിച്ചു അധ്വാനോര്ജ്ജവും
ആധ്യന്തിക ജീവനാവുന്നതും...
ജീവന് നല്കാന്, അത് സമൃദ്ധമായി നല്കാന്
വന്നവന് ദൈവ-മനുഷ്യ പുത്രന്, യേശു
അതിനായി സ്വയം അപ്പമായി സമര്പ്പിച്ചവന്...
അപ്പമായ യേശുവിനെ ആദ്യമായി
അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു അമൃതാ നീയിന്നു
അവനായിത്തീരാന് അപരനെ സ്നേഹിക്കാന്...

ഭയന്നതില്ല, അലക്ഷിയപ്പെടുത്തിയില്ല

തുല്യമാം നിരീക്ഷണപാടവമുന്നില്...
ജ്യോതിശാസ്ത്രം പടിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിലെന്തു
